All seats for certification training must be paid for or have a Purchase Order on file prior to the start of training for the seat to be secured. Training fees will be invoiced upon first day of training.
Dropping or transferring to another course date within 30 days of a start date will result in the following change fees:
- Cancellation: 100% of seat cost
- Postponement to a later course: 50% of seat cost
No fees will be assessed for changes or cancellations more than 30 days from start date.
Transfer of seat to another attendee for same session is permitted and no fees will be assessed.
